Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (US): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use USPS and other trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Honey & Fern Clothing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at [your email] before your order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Honey & Fern Clothing is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist you in filing a claim if needed.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@honeyandfernclothing.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will review and work toward a resolution.

International Shipping
